Anybody have any details on this? Do you just play again after getting Heel Sweep to get the Monkey Drop? and is there another move after?

You just play again after you get Heel Sweep. There is no move after Monkey Drop.

As for the two moves at the secret Lucky Hit stand, I think I got them both once but I'm not sure because I don't bother with them when replaying. And I've replayed Shenmue II many times now.

First time I see the Monkey Roll Drop in action :

for those interested the full move is
>,<,<, B quickly followed by (X,X+A)

for some reason they never mention the follow up buttons in the games. its the same button combo as arm break fire.

wow, where to get that move? never seen it

You can get these moves at the Lucky Hit stand on Dragon Street. It's really hard to win them though.
