duck race

I've just found the duck race. I'm back at the tree where I have to catch two leaves in a row. That's giving me trouble, how do I catch two leaves at a time?
Edit: I must sound ridiculous, I'm probably missing some simple leaf catching concept?

Just focus on leaf at a time then when a leaf blurs and makes a sound catch it.

I've never tried it myself, but just look out for two leaves falling close to eachother then catch them. It can't be easy..

just be sure that you don't try to do this before or at the time where Xiuying instructs you to catch 1 leaf/3 leafs

I also remeber the fighting events and the lvl (1-16).
I always used to play without having any idea about what was the meaning of that levels... They were all the same for me and 2 years later I learned it was the difficulty

Most ive managed to catch at once was 3..bitch still made me do it 2 more times.

Duck racing is worth it just for the music.

Are you sure? There are 2 types of duck race. The one you bet on someone else ducks and the ones you bet on your own duck.
From what I have read it is not possible to win the duck race using your duck on 1st try you have to play a lot there is suppose to be a hidden RPG system for your duck. The more you race the most stamina and speed you get.
Also in that first try did you beat the mama duck lol. She is suppose to be the most faster duck in the game.
Also if you are such a talented player can you beat the Jaimacan Guy in adbedeen at Darts? that the hardest thing to do in shenmue II he always hits the middle plus gets time bonus!

Then your game glitched because it's not supposed to be won on the first race.

Correctamundo. I started racing my duck first thing in the morning and for the first race I was last, end of. It took me until about noon to get first place. I suppose it's roughly about ten races, give or take a race or two and a player's determination, to comfortably sail past the finish line first. I'm pretty sure Ryo makes comments about it too.

The duck race music is class though.
