Shenmue 2 english mod on NullDC

I want to go back and play Shenmue 1 & 2 on nulldc. I've got them both working. My question is about the 2nd one I have 99min version of the english mod. Some voices sound good but some voices sound like they're talking through a drive thru speaker. Is there anyway of fixing that? Or is that some of the shortcomings of the dreamcast version?

There is no way to fix that. They have compressed the voices to fit it on a 99min CDR.

A Shenmue II disc with these voices at full quality comes in at over 1,2 GB wich would equal to like a 140min CDR. And of course these don't exist so sarcifices had to me made.

For whats its worth I used the link from this thread viewtopic.php?f=4&t=47926&p=1099333#p1099333 each disk is about a 1GB so no burning to a disc. But it works just fine in nulldc, not sure if this could be used on a SD card. The voices that sounded bad on the 99min version sound much better on this one.
