Shenmue Dojo

Is there a complete scan of any guide books? I'm considering ordering one and scanning it myself if there isn't.

And does anyone have a clue as to how rare the Hornet capsule toy car from Daytona USA is?

I have scans of the character profile pages from the 'Shenmue II Perfect Guidebook' (which were all translated for my database project), which you can download here;

I don't own the book myself but receieved these scans from the member Eek the Cat way back in 2003, unfortunately I don't think he's popped up here again since the S3 announcement :(

Thanks for that. I downloaded them many years ago; great stuff.

What books are out there; 2 Japanese guide books; are all the rest of them scanned; PAL / US? I'd like to scan them for the Dojo.

on the iso zone i found what looks like the official prima complete shenmue 2 guide;

i for some reason the cloud store wont let me download it- i click the link but the download never starts.

if anyone has any luck downloading it, please re upload to the dojo or elsewhere because i would really like to have it.

i would also love to have scans of the shenmue 1 equivalent as well.

quite a good quality scan, should've supplied it with the gdi's ripped... (coulda, woulda, shoulda!)
wasn't able to find the second scan, the link you supplied is fucked, for now...it seems?! (confirmed. symptoms exactly as described, when download tab is hit, it just spins on it, then shits out without any indication of an attempt.)

The Versus book is fantastic, it captures the Shenmue game design very well. The Shenmue III guide book is now the extra stuff I'm waiting the most with Kenji's artbook, if possible translated !

I do own the 'Shenmue II Complete Guide', but it's the sort of book that it's a bit awkward to make scans from...I might have a go with some of the more interesting stuff though, I'll have a look through it again sometime.

Has anybody got this book? I'm thinking about purchasing it, but it is a little pricey.
