I've read multiple times that crate carrying makes arm wrestling easier, but I've also read that that's a myth. Can anyone confirm? I want to know if I'll ever be able to beat Dory Gordie without breaking my fingers.

I only just recently heard that and on my next playthrough I will definitely try it.

Well I tried it earlier this year, and it seemed to work, but I'm not sure whether or not it was just a placebo effect.
