I think I figured out a way to win every time with big or small the way I do it is I bet on big then I wait until the A button icon is at its brightest then I make the bet I won 3 times in a row

I thought the same for the raffle in Shenmue 1, but it's just a placebo effect. Both are totally RNG.

I used to only bet small because I was a moron and thought that the chances were mathematically better. I then realized that small is 3-10, not 1-10.
