So ok i talked to that girl in the tomato store around 30 times and still never got to go on a date with her. How can i achieve this?

After you talk to her, talk to Eileen at Pigeon Park. Then you will have to obtain the Bronze Medal which the most easiest way is to go to the Vacant Lot which is in the alley by the Green Market Pawnshop and Come Over Guest House.

Then go the upper floors of the Pine Game Arcade and you will have to fight Eileen for $20. Beat her, then you fight Izumi (girl at tomato store) for another $20.

She says she'll take you to special place. Then go to the Tomato Store and press X to activate the cutscene to date her and duck race.
