I guess we do some more waiting. I have a feeling even if they decided to make 3 that it would be attest 2 years or so till they let us know whats going on. I just don't think they would announce anything until it was being worked on. It might be awhile till then so we should just keep Shenmue in our hearts and keep finding cool things in the game. one thing I like to do is try and explore everything and read everything I can, the first one I have imprinted into my brain but I still come across little things in 2 that I missed or forgot about lol

That's long enough for me to gain optimism only to lose all hope of a sequel being made seven times. But I think you're right. If they signed contracts late last year or sometime this year to make the game it will have to be at least a year before they even announce anything. And that sucks. Especially with all of the tweetathons in the meantime. Someone should just be like, "It's coming" so we're not devoting our time demanding for a game that's being made all along. But then it could be another Last Guardian.

some journalist on eurogamer is saying that he had a interview with yu suzuki and apparantly Suzuki said more than he could reveal.
something like shemue 3 is now more than just a dream, and there will be a announcment in the near future.

How did you come to that conclusion?

Because the franchise has been in limbo for 10 years, and will probably be in limbo for another 10 years.
