Unable to view topics in Shenmue Cast forum

Hi, I just went to respond to the topic with the questions to the voice actor who played Joy, Xiuying, and Yuan, but am getting an error that I don't have the required permissions. Can this be fixed? I was able to view it as a guest before I logged in.
