Anyway, I don't think any of Yama's websites use this feature. Seems to use the same template over at Biohaze too..

The site isn't a template, it's built from scratch. As is every other site. The one thing I re-use, at least between this site and Biohaze, is the phpBB3 news feature grabbing the latests news and adding it to the front page.

And I'm glad you get good use out of the site.

But yeah, that's a pretty big hack considering the layout. Sorry but I can't see this one happening, unless you wanted to change the news feed into the latests ten topics. That would be doable, but may seem kind of messy, especially when half of it will be off topic and on the front page. Probably not a good idea.
