Question: Random Shenmue Thoughts Thread

What about a random thoughts thread specifically devoted to Shenmue, that is Random Shenmue Thoughts,
where it will be used to post brief Shenmue thoughts.

Thoughts coming while playing Shenmue / doing Shenmue related things, or from just remembering things from it (e.g. something that just flashed in your mind), or from hearing around things for it, all of them (and even more) acting as a cause.

Logically, the thread will be opened at "Shenmue (Chapter 1 | General Series Discussion)".

I don't see the point. If it's a brief thought well it is a video game and can be put in a gaming thoughts topic. Anything else can be a topic. Shenmue forums can always use a new topic. Reducing it to a topic would make the entire forum void.

In general these forums are about Shenmue. If someone has a thought about Shenmue and then post it at Random Gaming Thoughts, all these Shenmue thoughts from everyone will be scattered in a thread where there are also thoughts for other various non Shenmue games. Therefore, a thread like Random Shenmue Thoughts will act more as a collection of Shenmue brief thoughts.

Surely, it is not practical to ask for every thread you are thinking to open and there is no intention to act each time that way, but I just felt the need that I would ask first for a topic like that, especially because I was inspired to act so after I saw that the community were asked for similar threads, e.g. Random Gaming Thoughts and Random Thoughts. Maybe I was overcautious.

It's fine, thanks for caring enough to do so. Those forums needed some long overdue restructuring, that's why. Otherwise we're very lax, no worries.
