not sure if this is new news, but if you go to http://www.shenmue3.com you'll notice it's registered and says coming soon.

also, i read somewhere it should be coming out by august 2004 (this year)

Yup. The one and only official site is www.shenmue.com. Unless you read "Shenmue 3 coming soon" in there, it isn't true.

Doesn't look registered to Sega, and Godaddy is a registrar, I've registered many domains with them, it's the default parking if you don't have a host.

ahh, so it's not registered to sega, well that sucks... b/c i remember shenmue2.com had been, so it makes since that when shenmue3 comes out it'll be a .com.
