Maybe, but it is his job to answer our questions. And being dedicated Shenmue fans, Sega owes it to us to answer any question we have about our beloved series. So keep contacting support with Shenmue questions. Like any type of support, they have to keep track of the questions they receive so they probably keep a tally on the number of Shenmue questions and comments they get. So the more they get, the more likely they will pay attention to fan requests.

Hi Richard,
We have no news of any new Streets of Rage titles at this time (though I agree they would be great to see!), thanks for asking!

FYI, new game news is always posted first at www.sega.com.

So it's a different response when it involves Streets Of Rage...so this is getting interesting after all (for Shenmue's sake, that is)! It certainly ain't an automated response, that's for sure. Sega sure have improved customer relations.

I sent a 'thank you' reply after he was kind enough to answer my questions. Like I said before; Sega sure have improved customer relations.

I reckon this will lead either to (since I am hopeful);

A: Shenmue IIx being an Xbox Original.

OR

B: Shenmue Online not being canned, after all (*deflates*).

I seriously doubt this will lead to such ass-tastic things as...as...oh I can't type it, nor do I need to, it's on everyone's mind who is reading this, anyhow. ;)
