In Japan CEO's earn about 10x the salary of a normal worker, it's not like in the US where they earn hundreds of times what the normal person earns. That's why Japan has a much bigger middle class. I highly doubt Suzuki san has millions to put into Shenmue III. Now they've collected funds and are using KS, plus they will try to find more. I think finding funds will become easier for both Ys Net and Shibuya Productions since the KS is likely to become n1 video game KS by the end. It shows what huge demand there is, despite it being on a single console platform (and having had very mediocre PR working on the KS).
