they always have funny endings but the sidestory comics were in the xbox version of shenmue. can you imagine shenmue 3+ being dribbled out in tiny comics, which is the most obvious way the story will reach us

It's called loyalty guys. Think of it this way, People are never satisfied with what they have, only for what is to come, you buy a new car, or a tv, etc. and a lot of people aren't satisfied with it after a few months, sure the first few months it's like "WOW" then they want something new, this is probably all just a thing to see how many people really care about shenmue still and those that are patient and still love the last versions it shows people will be even more satisfied when shenmue 3 is to be released.

Only considering next generation consoles won't come out till Q4 2005, or 2006... by that time, I might now care anymore.

I would love to see Shenmue 3 on Xbox 2. Simply cos Yu could do loads more. More expansive enviroments, more people on screen, more detail in the world. Personally I would love to see Shenmue 3 on Xbox and then remade into a trilogy for Xbox 2.

Microsoft published Shenmue on Xbox. Someone said to me that Microsoft had bought rights to the shenmue story. Is he bullshitting me?
