In the past, both versions have worked.

But currently, the first version redirects to a development copy of the site, which would explain the outdated info.

It's unlikely that such a redirect would be deliberate.

They also misspelled "capitanato" (headed) with "capitano" (head) regarding Suzuki and Ys Net. They should check their facts and grammar first!

It more or less says that the Kickstarter reached 7 millions dollars and 70k digital copies preordered, but the numbers are now declining because of the lack of updates (implying that people are cancelling the preorders) and are down to 6.3m dollars and 69k preorders.

Aren't you curious about how do Ren, Lan Di, etc look like with unreal 4? We all have in mind theirs shenmue 2 models and I think we will see a big step forward in terms of design with this engine. More natural, more real...I look fordward to see them!

Really looking forward to how they will look, for sure! Hopefully they will be able to retain everything that Shenmue fans would be picky about in regards to the appearance of previous characters - facial features, in particular; Lan Di's cold stare, Ren's definition and sharpness, etc. - while breathing a whole new breath of life into them with the huge leap in technology.

If I remember correctly, Suzuki wanted Lan Di to have his hair loose, maybe this time they make Lan Di like this? In Dreamcast era Suzuki couldn't do it because of hardware limits..

Personally, I hope they keep the final look; that's what we're all familiar with, so changing it from the get-go wouldn't make sense. Seeing him in situations where his hair isn't tied up would be pretty neat, but I doubt there's much chance of the flowing mane making an appearance.

Maybe Lan Di and Ryo can have a sword fight sequence, and during one particularly fierce exchange (perhaps a QTE to allow for cinematic awesomeness,) Ryo manages to get BEHIND him, and slices at his head. Lan Di has the speed and wherewithal to duck, but the hair restraint gets nicked, and after he rolls away to create distance, his hair is now loose and billowing.

After one more blade lock, both men's swords break, and thus the proper hand to hand segment of their battle commences. > : )
