Is Shenmue your Favorite Game?

Space Harrier, Sonic III, Panzer Dragoon, Phantasy Star Online, and now Shenmue.
I've probably spent the most time of all games playing Phantasy Star Online, but I'll have to go for Shenmue as my all-time fav. (for the time being, anyways)

1) Shenmue
2) Super mario 64
3) Super mario world.
In that order.
I have many other faves but those are the top 3.
Series
1) Mario
2) Zelda
3) just about every Nintendo series except kirby and that pokecrap.
Shenmue 1 is my fave game ever but it needs more games for me to put it in the series slot.

Posted: Wed Jan 28, 2004 10:14 pmMy favorite game used to be the legend of zelda: ocarina of time. But now Shenmue became my favorite game... Well, after playing Shenmue 2... What really interest me Sooo much about this series, is mostly the storyline and because is based on chinese culture etc... But when it comes to gameplay, I really like Zelda more.

Posted: Wed Jan 28, 2004 11:20 pmWhat I really don't like that much about Shenmue was the real time fighting engine... In Shenmue 1 it really sucked real bad... In Shenmue 2 it did improve alot, but not enough for me to make me say, Whoa this rocksss! Only if they can change it a little bit... I don't know, but when I'm fighting against the CPU, I don't feel any entertainment...
