I got one for my theory on Sunming's death and some other chi you things but i dont know what it is.

heres my theory:
ryo and lan di will have one of their 'epic' battles under that tree...

and that 'shenmue' means something which the tree was named after, someone already said this earlier, i agree with them!
ryo will find this out at the end of chapter 9 and say 'i see...'

Shenmue is the tree.

Shenhua is it's leaf.

What are its branches called?

Probably something stupid no doubt.

I've discovered about 2 years ago that the Shenmue Tree is one of Great mythologies of the past of our World ...

You are practically wrong to say that there are a lot of Shenmue Trees in the Park of the house close to Shen-Hua's ...

there is definitely another one and new Location !

I'm tired to repeat it all over ... to every one on the Forums ...

No one makes efforts to listen to the messages i'd like to deliver ... i don't talk about perhaps ...bla bla bla ... but the REALITY !

The Real Shenmue Tree has a tall trunk which rises to FATHER's HEAVEN and a lot of big Roots all around which plunge into MOTHER EARTH ... energy circulates as the Chinese culture tells it ...

The ancient Chinese Mythology talked about Emperors who climb up and down the too many branches of this famous Tree linked up to ...!

I'll talk about further if you are really interested in !

to Steven, SHEN-HUA is not a leaf ... HUA means FLOWER in Chinese Language !

SHEN is the the SPIRIT of the HEART and not only the MIND ... remember 3 in 1 !

really interesting stuff here...i think sex machine has a point...i really feel the same way...and lol i also agree with b-man and think that many questions we all have about the shenmue series will be left unanswered...

Chinese makes sense with the context, words telling things and their contrary ... as Ying and Yang ...

in this case Mue can be related to the tree Fungus ...

i would also like to know the history of the tree, i believe their will be a scene in S3 with the Shenmue tree, supposing that 3 is the last of the series....i think itll be toward the end and alot of facts will come up.....this is very interesting though....

A common belief, especially with Shen Hua's comments about the tree having "powers" and the feeling of Security she gets from it. Just as Ryo feels from his Cherry Blossom tree in the Hazuki residence.

Perhaps something might be buried at the tree, just like the dragon mirror was, under the cherry blossom tree
