The fact that Yu Suzuki is not involved is kinda sad... But still, it's keeping his original story, which is still including him to a certain extent. As long as the series is in good (and most of the original) hands as they say, I'm OK!

Ahhh, it's so great! Now we'll all be able to transfer our data over from Shenmue I, II, etc. So many simple additions like that just making this PERFECT! And I'm sure Shenmue I and II will probably be enhanced some, since they can now use the original higher quality textures and things like that.

... and oh.... modding! I will be in MODDING HEAVEN! *dies again*

playing through S1 or 2 again will always be a joy - i don't even care about new textures. The only thing I'd possibly want is no slowdown in S2 but that's a minor issue. Oh - and a choice between japanese and english (someone has to say it - the american voices suck)

Question: Is Yu Suzuki one bit invovled? It never said he wasn't involed atall, just has a very little part.

I am crying I am so happy and at the same time I want to run though a brick wall i am so FUCKING PUMPED AND HAPPY!

in fact my hand is red and swollen from hitting the table in excitement...now have Shenmue music playing and now will have whole week just eating oriental food playing shenmue and watching the movie....OH HELL YES!

I definitely think that Yu Suzuki has little to do with the rest of the series as opposed to none.

that sucks, the game better not be affected, its great because of Yu and i hope it doesnt flop
