The Sumo Developer Diary has said there's four more characters to be revealed. Banjo, Avatars and Miis are excluded from the roster count, and there's only 1 character from each series left to be included, "some of which haven't been mentioned at all".

I'm hoping Vyse or Alisa from Skies, since they made it into Valkyria Chronicles, or even Joe Mushashi from Shinobi!

just so glad ryo made it into a game finally after so many years (8 since shenmue 2x) and to think its only a month away. This may mean the epic saga of shenmue is not so far away.

Nothing wrong about hoping, I'm included in that equation.
Still, if nothing more, it's a very nice tribute after so many years of silence.
Kudo's for Sumo Digital, they're really buiding this game up like Sega Shintas' dream party game.

Ryo has a small spotlight on the front of the official game website. Sumo must love their Shenmue games.

Akira and Jackie are in, so are the Bonanza Bros, Opa-Opa from Fantasy Zone and the cat from Chu-Chu Rocket. Looks like anymore Shenmue or misc Sega characters will be DLC.

I'm pleased Virtua Fighter characters made it, those releases are as rare as Shenmue games for me.

Can anyone tell me the name of the song playing in the background when you click on Ryo? I know its from Sonic Adventure, but I can't figure out where and it's bugging me so much lol.
