Not actually that painful to be honest compared to wrists. Can be seen clearly with t-shirt but can be hidden by collard shirt ( in case of job interviews ec}.

Damn, I've gotta say that's some real dedication man. I love Shenmue but I'm not sure I could ever get it tattood on my body, maybe one day I'll get the Chi You Men symbol on my wrist or something who knows. Great tattoo

Pretty cool, i've been thinking of something video game related for my next tattoo.
Was going to do something majoras mask related, but maybe i'll do shenmue.
