Shenmue 3 won't be that good

Yes, we are all hyped about the recent news about Shenmue 3 being made though Kickstarter, but the game will not be as good as the first two games. Looking at the screenshots of Shenmue 3, it looks terrible. It does not have any shenmue feeling to it. It just looks plain and generic. I know it's early to judge, but looking at these ingame screen shots, they look pretty bad. At least it's better than nothing.

If you watch the video on the Kickstarter page you will
hate the voice acting. It really puts anything that Shenmue II on the Xbox offered to shame.
I take it lighthearted. I think it's natural to be a little bit shocked at how the characters look and I have to be honest they could've taken more effort with it to promote the kickstarter but like it has been said already, this is just really basic stuff they made for the kickstarter, probably totaly out of context of what the game will look like, the engine it will run on and such.

It's pretty much just a re-made scene from Shenmue 2 anyway do you remember hopping over the stones? It will be an early announce demo video, guaranteed 100% it will look better.

That video will have no say on the final game. The E3 announcement was simply to raise awareness that Shenmue 3 is now on kickstarter. It is yet to be made. Not a bad video considering Yu has no funding yet! Once he reaches his target (which he will easily do), he will be able create the vision he wanted for the game.

It hasn't been made yet, that was just a demo. Given he nearly raised a cool million in like an hour I think he's going to have more resources than he anticipated.

The voice acting makes the first two games voice overs seem Oscar worthy..... Who cares!

Judging by the fact that you can get a copy for 29$ and the goal is only 2 million, I wouldn't be expecting a full current gen graphics experience, but that's ok if that's what it takes to get it made.
