Well, maybe I am missing something but the update in the tweet is "soon" rather than "today" so it could be something in the coming days or weeks, maybe we'll know tomorrow, the day after or that day after than and so on.

Yu teased new reward tiers and then it took a couple of days for the grab bags. The campaign seems to update on Japanese time so I doubt we will see anything today.

No you're right- soon definitely doesn't mean today ;)

I'd guess in the morning in Japan though as a few days isn't too soon considering we're creeping up on 2 weeks left in the campaign.

Mostly likely to be some new rewards- maybe based on the poll or feedback (like physical ps4 copy).

It's crazy at how quickly the campaign is going, already half way through and still there is a lot to go. Hopefully a physical PS4 release happens, as a lot of people seem to be waiting out for it.

They'll probably post the update Wednesday morning Japan time which is in about ~2 hours or so. Awesome Japan generally post their updates in the morning. Expect the update then.

Thats why I am going on more than hope. Oks I didn't get one of the slots in time so the argument stands that it's my own fault if I didn't get to go to Japan, and that's cool. I'd accept that, especially because of this past week and the hoops I have had to jump through to get the funds together, as well as parting with some of my gaming treasures. So there's literally nothing more I feel I could have done on my end.

But on the flip side, $10,000 isn't to be sniffed at, and some food and time is worth far more to the Shenmue Kickstarter than shrugging your shoulders and saying nope, 3 and 3 only. There's myself screaming our for them to take $10,000 off of me, and I think I read that one more person also will jump at the chance with the funds already secured.

It's up to Yu though. At the end of the day it's his call.
