There actually are some "in-game" footage from the test version which seems to take place in the area of the E3 annoucement video. (Could be the playable stage Cédric was twitting about last week)

Yes, this video came out during the Kickstarter campaign. Very interesting! I think the character model they use is the basic Unreal 4 Engine character model, so keep in mind Ryo's frame and movements will not necessarily look anything like that.

Did they republish the video?
I couldn't find it amongst the older videos on the channel and thought this was a new interview (Apparently missed it during the KS campaign).

Yes, it was even the first interview we got. You can see all the interviews in the Shenmue Dojo youtube channel, they're subbed in English and French with the original voice.

The reason why Hirai is trying to go in the water is still a little intriguing.
