I don't like Shenmue I & II logo either, it looks like a distorted version of the classic one. But one thing is for sure, is FAR BETTER than Yu's caligraphy. I feel bad for saying this, but it's the truth.

After all we have been through we are getting Shenmue 1 and 2 HD on multiple platforms as well as a Yu Suzuki produced and directed Shenmue 3.
It could be in Times New Roman for all i care now.

To be honest dont be stupid all, you know they do crapy logo for crapy pictures. And they waitting the good time to show beautifull logo title with beautifull and final pictures of Shenmue 3. in they end i dont know why we talk a lot about this if naturally it's coming. we are crazy to be here...
Maybe for helping their choice if they read us...

modern impact" police title idea for something can be "New Shenmue editions"
can be pretty cool and maybe more interesting for new customer :

With all due respect, you could have said that Shenmue 3 and 1&2HD were naturally coming, but we all know we had to fight for it over the years. I acknowledge that a font is not as important as getting the actual game itself, but it is still a somewhat important aspect of the game's identity. We shouldn't really make assumptions.

I will play, love and support new Shenmue titles. Same as everybody here, indeed. This is living in a dream. But if I am asked if I like new logos, I honestly have to say NO. That's all.
