Please, don´t let Shenmue III be a love story!

We Shenmue fans know that Shenmue III "could" turn into a love story because of Shenhua, and Ryo´s (new) attitude to her.
You guys also remember all these wallpapers where Ryo and Shenhua are close to each other?

But please, Yu suzuki! Don´t let Shenmue III be a stereotypical love story! I´m fucking sick and tired of all that shit in video games who intends to be "deep". It would be much cooler if he (Ryo) kept his poker face right to the end.

How cool would Clint eastwood be if he suddenly started to show a soft side?

Ryo, i recommend you to just use Shenhua to get to Lan di, then you just dump her like garbage! :twisted:

i dont think it will, Ryo an dshen hua arent in love, there just drawn to each other

Yeah, they are drawn to each other by destiny. so it´s not strange if ryo talks a little extra to Shenhua.

It must not mean that they are in Love. Well, Shenhua looks to be a liitle in love with Ryo, but if we know Ryo well he well just ignore her when his task is done.

I sure hope so however.

years ago before Shenmue was released on Dreamcast there was an interview with Yu Suzuki in the offical Dreamcast magazine where he spoke about the game. In the interview there was a picture of Shen hua with the caption 'Shen hua- destined to become Ryo's love intrest in the series' written above it.
Suzuki didnt actually say it but it was part of his interveiw.
Make of it what you will.

It sure "feeled" like the serie would evolve in that way. Much because of all the pictures of Ryo and Shenhua togheter.

Well, if Ryo wasn't a robot he'd have allot of illegitimate children by now. Maybe Yu even had QTE love-making scenes planned for the series? :lol:

You know A is feet/leg related, X is hand related, B is "get close" related (you get close to the opponent when you throws them) and Y is for dodging.

What can we have for Y other than oral? it should be related to dodging.

maybe Y for dodge when the girl tries to do ryo with a strap on?

I reckon Ryo and Shen Hua will eventually get together, they just seem like the perfect couple.
But if they did i'd feel sorry for Nozomi and Joy...He could have them all ;)
