I've been talking to Oppy and he's keen on coming over to LA and staying at my flat for awhile so he can try and find work here. He ain't too happy with his current situation and I don't mind at all him coming over.

We're toying with the idea of opening a Smoke Shop here. I'd love to open that for a cannabis clinic, but we need a rather large investment and plus the whole legality of the cannabis thing here (which is absolute bullshit). But to operate a chill lounge that sells pipes and other good shit sounds great.

are there many shisha bars in cali? I can imagine that working pretty well there

Dunno about many, but there are a few in places like Westwood (the rich part in town near UCLA). And they be BOOMING with business. They're very popular in my home state too.

I was never a big reader before discovering Amazon, all I did was play video games. Looking back at it now, you could say the amount of time spent could be considered an addiction. Ironically, this is the book that got me off games and into reading.

They're pretty cheap to open and you make big profits on each client (in dollars here it would cost about 1-2$ to make the shisha and they sell it for 15$ each) I'm guessing you don't have as strict regulations as us either so it would be cheaper to order tobacco en bulk from the UAE and not need to go through special factories that make according to EU regulations.

if you ever decide to open one I can put you in to contact with some factories in the middle east too, they can supply top quality pipes and tobacco at cheap prices

This is the greatest parody of UK rap I have seen to date. It's brilliant. Most people here probably won't be familiar with UK "road rap", but this video gets everything absolutely spot on . In fact this is better than any actual real "road rap".

Researching various camcorders from the 1990s. Since i'm gonna be recording in pitch darkness, I either have to have night vision or a couple of really bright flashlights with one strapped on top of the camera or else this isn't gonna work.

From what i'm seeing, the night vision cams didn't come out until the early 2000s. Trying to find earlier models if I need to keep a 1990s setting.
