I was disappointed at the 3D graphics at first (the sprites were just so great in the earlier games), but that actually looks really good. Despite using models instead of sprites this time, the style and vibe is still exactly the same. Looks good.
An M rating would be a surprise, too.

I hope we get a release date soon as once September comes around there is almost a game I want coming out every week.

I also need to brush up on what happened in the past games as there are always plenty of references and it's been a long time since the Apollo game.

Apparently although the game got an "M" rating in North America, and I believe "PEGI 16" in Europe, it's "PG" in Australia? It especially seems odd since some people whom have played the game are saying there is a reason for the higher rating.

If America's giving it a higher rating than the rest of the world then I'm guessing it's a 'sex/nudity' issue rather than graphic violence, etc. One of the characters probably flashes her bra or something.

That's pretty strange. Blood and guts and guns in games seems to be no big deal in the states. Now if it had an only partially clothed boobie in it, then shit just got serious.

That's what I was thinking, but now it's just hit me. The game has cartoon graphics, which changes everything. It means it's automatically seen as a kiddies' game, so won't somebody think of the children?!

At risk of sounding like a broken record, the idea of M seriously needs to change in general, really all of the Phoenix Wright games are for Mature audiences (Every fucking murder case is a death sentence WTF man) and just replaying Tactics Ogre and Ogre battle for some work related shit, those games are all about political, racial, sexual issues, no fucking kid is gunna get it.

Yeah, but ratings are never about comprehension level. It's just about filtering content, keeping "objectionable" stuff out of the hands of those who shouldn't see it yet.
If it were just a matter of comprehension level, hell, I would encourage kids to play the stuff they won't understand yet. Build them up to be more intelligent later on.

Sadly there are parents out there who do mistake the age ratings for difficulty levels, refusing to buy their 10-year-old kid something like Rayman because he's "too old" for a game that says something like 3+ on the box.
