Left the horror show that was Khao San Road. Now staying in a quieter place waiting until Tuesday when I go with a company called ThaIntro. They have a weeks activities planned for a huge group of us, which we all become friends. I did their other company, OzIntro last year in Sydney and it was good so here's hoping things look up.

Talking to an up-and-coming SFX designer on making a full fledged prosthetic monster suit. His work is pretty impressive but unsurprisingly the fees are not gonna be cheap in making this thing.

I'm gonna shop around and get a bunch of offers.

I used to wonder why writing exams always had a short time limit since nearly every teacher says that writing well takes time. I've now realized that pretty much every paper for school I've written up until now has been cobbled together at the last minute.

Maybe whoever makes those writing exams is smarter than we give them credit for.
