Hard to find any decent facts about the crash, though if the five heavy vehicles in the back weren't lashed down properly and slipped back like some reports say, the tail dropping and forcing a stall sounds feasible also. Either way, the 20-odd seconds of knowing your fate was sealed must have been terrible, at least the actual end was pretty quick. RIP.
Agree with your last sentence too, every time a house takes off, something bad happens!
