I had to get some stuff from the doctors to do with my balls, and she recommended the problem would heal quicker if I let it breathe by going commando.

So I did.

Have to say, I actually quite like it now.

I am actually commando right now. It is rather refreshing. Don't normally go out with out underpants though. I have a fear of being depantsed while standing in a line somewhere.
