$600 for the PC version
$60 for the PS4 version

Does this mean I'll never ever be able to use the calling card on the PS4 version?

I think there's still an option during the survey period to state your preference. I'd contact the Kickstarter AJ Team.

they called it the "slacker backer" campaign, considering how everyone on the internet are special sensitive snowflakes I',m amazed they called it that, its the peferect titles for Polygon or Kotaku to spin for click bait by saying they are insulting people who didn't pledge during the kickstarter

Slacker backer is a commonly used term for additional crowdfunding, nothing insulting about it.

so the ps4 physical version is now called 'collectors edition' whereas during the kickstarter it was called 'exclusive backers edition'.

the place holder image is the same, so are we to assume its different version or the same?

I think you should consider cost minimization. I would say, they are same but worded differently. No point in wasting money in creating a second cover with different words on it. If the contents are the same, it's the same.

The fact the PC version has been taken off is really odd isn't it?

I mean its be ages so how can they still be discussing and what could possibly be the issue- agreed distribution/manufacturing volume has already been exceeded?

Maybe publisher-related stuff? Sony are gonna help YS Net publish the PS4 version. I wonder who will publish the PC version. Maybe they haven't found a publisher yet? Maybe the publisher they found does not want their version to be on Paypal for whatever reason?

It sure is weird. I'd really like to know what's going on there.

Or maybe they originally had a deal for PC, but after the response, Sony is trying to push for console exclusivity?

I love how due to response they're using an image hashed together of the Shenhua face that most people preferred, and a good looking original Ryo image rather than the Ryo from the E3 vid :P, still using that horrible font tho

There is no way Sony would do that. A PC version was promised to the backers, that's nothing you can change retroactively without people getting out their pitchforks.

Maybe this an exclusivity on new PC sales.

Bad since if they delay PC, pitchforks will come out. If they block new sales, pirates will come out. :rotflmao:

A bit curious why is not included in this new offer.
