Been wanting to get this for years and years and years. Always looked like a more stylized version of Clock Tower, and I do loves me some Clock Tower (supposedly this may have originally been meant as CT4; I'd say that's a good bet). Unfortunately the game became quite rare, so it tends to go for high prices now (generally between 60 and 100 dollars, used). Found a complete copy on ebay for lower than that, so I jumped on it. Found it right when I'm still in a good horror mood too. Perfect timing.
Hell I don't even care about cartoon naughty bits. It's just the fact that they feel the need to constantly water everything down that comes off as so condescending. And if they aren't censoring it, they're giving it another layor of "angst".
I think the world has some pretty fucked up opinions about us.
^ Well, I guess we want to give you guys a different impression on the game by the box-art. Or maybe we feel threaten by the Americans. They don't deserve our awesome box-art designs. jk I actually seen some terrible JPN box-arts and the American version looks better on a couple of games.
Finally! For those not in the know. After SEGA showed off DC and the VMU. Sony wanted in as well. So they came out with PocketStation. So that makes Vita the 3rd dedicated gaming handheld. Did the same stuff as VMU. It was planned for a US release but Sony could not keep up with Japanese demand. Still a SaGa game in the US and Final Fantasy VIII still work with it. A bunch of Japanese games does of course as well. I have wanted one since then. Just the nostalgia I have for the Dreamcast hype and launch and as a time where stuff like this was mind blowingly awesome and new and DC was a powerhouse. To me it was so futuristic back then. So this is one of the perihpials I wanted from back then. So owning a piece of nostalgia not a game or console. I know for a glorified memory card.
