Yeah in a perfect world Syria would be a democratic country where human rights grow on trees and everyone respects and tolerates each other but we don't live in a perfect world and the truth is that there are only 2 factions of worth in this conflict: the religious zealots and the corrupt human rights abusing somewhat secular government and sadly to say the government is probably the better choice by far between the 2 groups seeing that they have some degree of rationality.

We really need to stop pretending the 3 secular rebels and thousands of pseudo-secular fighters (that fight one day for the fsa and the next under al quaeda) our governments are supporting are going to suddenly transform Syria in to a western style state with freedom of everything and abuses of nothing. That's without mentioning that if we support the rebels any more all it will do is bring war to the areas of syria that have been relatively untouched up until now.

Yep. Us "helping" rebels, Russia was right there to see us fuck it up right from the start of this disturbing way of doing things when we gave the Afghans the support to throw the Red Army out of Afghanistan. Democracy doesn't work in places like that, some sections of society are just too crazy to obey normal rules, so need a bad motherfucker to MAKE them behave, like Saddam or Assad. I bet anything that if we didn't interfere in that part of the world more recently (like say about Gulf War 2), most of the stories about how hellish the Middle East is that get plastered all over the media now, wouldn't exist. We have NO business being there anyway, Saddam didn't have WMDs, and interfering with affairs to the extent that has happened and is happening now, is basically some puppet-master shit which is pretty morally corrupt as well IMO.
Israel is sworn to have protection from the US, fine, but they seemed to manage that before with "some" troubles, but nowhere near the extent it is now...

Are you sure you aren't an expat from the USA? That by no means is an insult, but you have a very thorough understanding about what's happening across the Atlantic. But unfortunately, the Western world (including Europe) has no idea what we're dealing with considering these offences have plagued the Middle Eastern and Asian world for far longer than we are made cognizant of. Especially in places like India (specifically Kashmir), Burma, Sudan, Waziristan, etc. Only now we're fighting over nuclear power along with religious infighting and the conquering of outlying territories. But to be quite frank, these conflicts date well beyond our modern age. In fact, it spans over hundreds, if not thousands of years. Different time period, but same brutish mentality. It's pretty much the imploding conflict of returning to ancient Islamic principles... moderates may find this to be unreasonably harsh and will face certain death if they oppose it. For instance, take the killing, raping, and pillaging of "kuffar" civilians or "unbelievers". Also the destruction of religious shrines and precious artifacts going back to the very dawn of Abrahamic religions. It's really sad.

Oh. Not to mention there are instances where we have proven there were in fact, WMDs present and transported out of those regions. But seeing as how the Middle East is more connected than a prostitution ring and an Indian spice trade, it would be hard for any civilian to decipher that, so no faults there. The media can't and shouldn't telegraph military intelligence and for good reason. Forgot to say that, meh. Palestine for example, has tunneled miles and miles into the Israeli underground, where they smuggle weapons and old cinder blocks they chip with their teeth or something.

http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news ... estinians/

And you're definitely en pointe when you say "puppet master" because we are technically fighting a proxy war between a division of allies. I don't want to mention where specifically because I am aware I'm on the "world wide intrawebz via Dojo" and I do not want to offend denizens. Plus, I ran out of coffee and I can't argue without my jet fuel/rocket propellant. People may say that the USA is on the same side of Israel, but due to our present leadership here, I doubt it. In fact, we've gone as so far to ignore Netanyahu's pleas for help and continue to markedly side with opposing forces. One of our congresswomen, Nancy Pelosi (D) actually turned her back and ignored a speech he made to the USA, calling for unity. It was incredibly disrespectful and embarrassing to our nation that we would treat a world leader as such. Even Vladimir Putin got some souvenirs from us:

http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/eye-on-foo ... -bowl-ring

But as far as having the business to be there, I respectfully disagree. I feel that we need military occupation to staunch future ballistic attacks. Without weapons intelligence and reconnaissance missions, we cannot vet enemies. You cannot fight against anything, especially war, if you do not know your enemy. You won't even win a dance fight in West Side Story. You cannot appease nor subjugate to a hostile group who absolutely, unequivocally hate you and your way of life. They do not and will not regard peace treaties, ceasefires, or sanctions, which they've already broken many times over. What's that, a piece of paper that says you get to sit in a corner and sulk, by the way no dessert tonight little Timmy? I live in a target city where people openly despise our country and laws, and they threaten to disturb our safety everyday, and that's just your usual citizens in organized crime. It's not like this threat hasn't existed before, but we do have a natural oceanic border sans the porous borders like Canada or Mexico. Whereas, you do not that much of a safety net. I feel concerned for European citizens because you are facing a threat with brute force and you have nowhere to go. All of your major cities and waterways are interconnected and proximate, hence easier intrusion and penetration of defenses. And almost no judicial unity amongst neighboring districts or territories. You can have a bomber flee from one country to another and gain legal asylum, and sometimes one government is not incommunicado with the other. Maybe in some cases, but none too specific and it would require the guidance of Interpol and cooperation of foreign leaders. And even that could fail us. We had Saudi officials warn us as far back as the late 90's about the plotting of attacks on America and we (Clinton) did nothing to stop that in fear of retaliation by killing civilians and destroying mosques. You can thank Jimmy Carter first and foremost, I bet that free UAE honey is looking mighty sexy on his sagging nipples. I'm not being a conspiracy theorist, these can be easily verified via proper web media or books on this subject. Without the determination of our leaders, the unification of our citizens, and the strength of our armies, any given country will fall to its knees.

Well fellas, enjoy burqa-less titties while you can.

Thanks Amir, I'm surprised you got the reference. I really meant it that way though, I like using metaphors and the occasional toenail clipper.

Have an update on this:

Riku Rose wrote:About the last month at work has been glorious as people that had a desk near me have left my department or moved desk and I've been sat alone for the last month which I love. I got told by my manager last week that we had 3 new people starting and they will have the empty desks right near me which pissed me off and I made it known. Well today the 3 new people came to meet the department for the first time and all 3 are very beautiful women so I apologized to my manager for complaining. I'm starting to look forward to Monday...

To be blunt yesterday was fucking strange.

I've been chatting away at work and through text to these women since they joined and got on well great with all of them. Well I had some spare tickets for a comedy gig (Tim Vine) that I bought as a present for someone but they where on holiday for it and couldn't go, I took this opportunity to ask 2 of them if they wanted to go. We went to the gig had a laugh and went for a drink after. The two of them ended up hitting the bar a little to hard and were soon telling me how they both had no gag reflex and wanted me to judge who gave better head. The bar had a pole they where dancing on (which I have some sneaky videos of) and they were both grabbing the parts of my body I wanted them to grab. It was getting out of hand and they where soon trying to one up each other with what they where going to do to me, of course I mostly had a smile on my face.

It hit about 3AM and the lights came on and we left the bar. While outside one of the women I was with got talking to someone she knew (Who looks like modern Gary Glitter) who invited us back to his friends place who she apparently knew as well. I was kinda hoping to not go because of what had been talked about previously but they wanted to go so we headed to this flat.

Well it's just gone 3AM and this guy who looks like a crack addict answers his door covered in cling film. We head into his flat where we meet the guy from outside the bar and the crack addicts wife who looks like the day hooker from My Name Is Earl if she weighed 90 pounds. I sit down and start talking to the Gary Glitter lookalike from outside the bar as he seems at least semi normal. I'm chatting away when the guy who answered the door comes in with two shopping bags packed with weed and throws it on the table. I don't do weed and I don't really judge those that do but this was a lot of fucking weed. The two women I know are rolling and so is Gary Glitter while I talk to the cling film man about Pink Floyd while his wife is screaming about how his an arsehole in the corner.

Eventually about 3 other guys turn up and sit themselves down and start rolling and drinking beers. I'm talking to the girls when I notice one of the new guys with a mirror lining up some cocaine. This mirror is soon getting passed around and everyone but me is soon buzzing on cocaine. At this point I'm thinking of leaving as this isn't what I'm into at all, I don't even like nightclubs I prefer a quiet pub where you can have a chat so this is not my idea of a great night out. I'm chatting to the women and trying to plant the seed of getting out but they're buzzing at 4-5AM as they've just had their pick me up. I'm chatting away to them when I look up and if cocaine wasn't crazy enough I see the cling film guy and his wife holding spoons with lighters underneath them and needles on the table. I literally did a Jerry Seinfeld and said "I'm out" and left.

Well I went home and slept for a couple of hours as I got in bed about 6AM. Lunchtime comes around and both of the women are texting me and saying thanks for the great night and how we need to do it again, I honestly had no idea what to say and didn't text back. While I was writing this post one of the women's roommate just added me on Facebook. These women are hot and both easily 8's or 9's but last night really really made them seem unattractive that they want to hang out in some crack den on a Saturday night with two 40 year old heroin addicts. Needless to say work tomorrow will be interesting.

You were there too, weren't you? Why else would you feel it is fantastic? Huh?

Hey, that was me, I heard you were at the party with your hot chick friends and decided to drop on in for a quick taste of badger. Sorry bro.

Also, they were probably butt fucked in the after show party. Just think of all of the dudes there versus how many ladies there were and how "high" everyone was...yuck. No wonder you got a Facebook friend add since they're thanking you for sending the ladies their way like a pimp. After show orgies are definitely a thing at these drug parties (I normally "get the fuck out" when the cocaine comes out, honestly). Modern women want "security" nowadays, after all. STDs sure provide that...

Anyway, at least you now know where Lynch gets his ideas for his films. Crazy ladies seem to your thing. I know they are for me too. Crazy and great looking women seem to go hand in hand, unfortunately. They're just not wife material. That's cool if you do not intend on getting married though, but don't expect them to stay away from those creepy fucks you had to hang out with the other night. Especially since they wanted to "do it again." Yeah, stay the fuck away from that shit.
:-({|=
I'm guessing numero 3 of that hot trio at work isn't involved with these girls/freakshows at the flat? At least there's her still left. For now...

I read about the Zoe Quinn and Anita Sarkeesian speaking at the UN thing. Good for them. Zoe's hair is looking great, and she's thickened up. Go get em, girl.

Wonderful of them to speak on a pretty impactful issue that women deal with every day online.

I'll always remember when I received a message on Reddit from some guy who read my post history, pretended to know me in real life, e-stalked me, and then used all of his knowledge to psychologically thrash me by telling me he knew where I lived, tell me detailed things about my life, threatened to rape and beat me, just because I have tits and happen to have been born male. I didn't leave my house for a week and was scared for my safety. Turns out, he was just psychologically fucking with me. No one deserves to go through that and it's a very, very serious issue.

Edit:

Oh. So what I'm gleaming from this thread that most here seem to be gamergate supporters and dudes whose main obstacle in life are "SJW's". Wow, guess I should stick to just the Shenmue section. Don't wanna deal with that.
