^Do it, animegamer. I'm right at the end of Persona 4: Golden now and it really is one of the best games Atlus has ever put out. It's such a relaxing game to play and really fresh, unlike their other games in a lot of ways, yeah the systems are the same as P3, but it's such a refinement and the characters, story and general aesthetic is really different. Seeing a lighter game come from Atlus (who are renowned for their dark RPGs) makes it more interesting for me since it shows just how diverse they can be.
The game is just full of content and neat little touches that you will discover along the way. It's a really detailed game and incredibly addictive. The game isn't as light hearted as some Atlus fans would have you believe, either, sure it has lots of anime elements in it, but it's not irritating to me since the characters are so charming and likeable.
