And now they're accusing Bill Cosby (of all people!) of being a "rapist". When is this "start a media witch hunt by speaking about something that probably never happened 30+ years ago and wreck the person's career and life even though you have no proof anything like that happened" trend gonna get its wings clipped?

So much for innocent until proven guilty. Our culture has developed a sickness that feeds on propping people up one moment so they can be toppled down the next, usually in spectacular fashion. Like a train wreck, most can't look away. And for that reason, driven by the usual suspects greed and profit, media that wants your eyeballs on their ads will in turn feed that sickness by spinning it and blowing it out of proportion instead of taking the high ground while the bar goes ever lower. It's all about giving the people what they want these days. Never about what they need. I try not to think about it too much or I get depressed.

Problem is so many different women varying from nobodies to working models and actors are coming out of the woodwork. I really doubt they're all conspiring against Cosby.

I've come to figure out that if one doesnt click with many of the trending aspects of society they become outcasts and become numb lost souls. Reputations can come crashing down just as easily as their were built up, and there is no such thing as privacy this day and age.
