First Shenmue 3 Artwork and New Kickstarter Survey

Yu Suzuki has posted the very first Shenmue 3 artwork of Ryo and Shenhua on his official Twitter page.

A new survey has also been added to the Shenmue 3 Kickstarter. Backers of the campaign can vote for their favorite character and mini game - those with the highest votes could make a return. New tier rewards are also being considered, which include: Dragon and Phoenix replica mirrors, a physical Lucky Hit board, Ryo's watch & journal and stickers & patches. Supporters may also get the chance to voice a character or become an in-game NPC.

Guizhang.

I voted for the mirrors, being an NPC, and getting my voice in game. Though the last thing I'd want is a bunch of amateur voices ruining the game. I'd hope they severely limit that one and spread them far out within the game to some random NPCs.

Maybe just have the NPC in your own personal version of the game? That'd be easy enough for PC editions, imagine it'd work as DLC for PS4 owners, too. I mean, who else is going to enjoy seeing some stranger in a game? Curious to see how it turns out.

I went with Ren as well. He is one of my favorite characters, but I think he has a decent chance of showing up in S3.
