HELP!! Is this a Factory Sealed or Resealed Shenmue II??

I bought a Sealed Shenmue II from eBay about a year or two ago and am now finding out about these so called "resealings" and they pass them off as Factory Sealed.
I need advice on my copy which I spent a helluva lot of money on and am hoping, no, praying and wishing it to be legit, factory sealed.
Could anyone here help me with this and tell me which one it is, Factory or Reseal??

Judging from pic's i'd say they are legit, however you should ask on a site like the retro collect collect forum just to be sure.

Yeah, I think my copy looked the same back then. Seems to be a legit copy.

Looks legit to me.

I remember biting, practically gnawing at the place the plastic meets to get into that thing. I was so desparate to play the game. :rotflmao:

It does look legit. Though I have to say that yours look a bit too wrinkled, but that might be because of how it has been handled all these years. So the question is: Is the plastic thick like other sealed DC games? If the answer is yes then your copy is legit.
