You people are nuts, but thats cool. Face it, if the game isn't announced at the latest by the end of this year as even a game thats going to start developing in 2004 it's either a dead series or won't come out untill the next generation of consoles.

Don't you find it the least bit puzzling that Sega sees all this shit going on and says not one word to us since January?

For those of you who think I'm wrong lets meet back on this post October 1st and see what happens.

The odds of Shenmue being released on X Box if there is no announcment at either X 03 or the T.G.S. is slim, If there is still no word by E3 2004 in May, the game is either dead or won't come out till a new generation of consols, would anyone care to dispute that ?

I voted, "Let's just wait and see", simply because I am holding out hope that EVENTUALLY there will be a Shenmue 3. But I am beginning to wonder if there EVER will be! (sniff,sniff) :-(

I didn't say I wouldn't respond to threads already made [if I felt they were important] I said I wouldn't start any more threads untill there was some official news.

I think people here are starting to get nervous because even the most optomistic people are starting to get fed up with the false hope that later turned out to be nothing. It's happened so many times this year, especially since that phoney fan letter [misunderstood fan letter would probably have said it better] that I am pretty sure that no announcement by October 1st is just as good as saying no Shenmue for X Box.

I want the game, but after October 1st, I'm not going to worry about it anymore.

I dont think I should of put in the 'let's jus wait and see...' option cos its all we will do anyway lol, but still, personally I dont think we will see anything, this month anyway. Simply because it would personally be too good to be true to hear anything to do with Shenmue III come out of AM2's mouths at the moment, lol.

Nothing against the news though, if they have some prepared, then bring it on!

Speaking of Shenmue III what is up with the Shenmue website? (was there any new news on Shenmue or does anyone know why they went under construction?)
