heyyou know ,This is Shenmue not MGS, or Final Fantasy.Shenmue is the best. i think ,Yu Suzuki works on a new Shenmue Graphic Engine for Xbox.Dont hurry!only wait. When Shenmue 3 completed,it will rock game world. MGS or FF or another game wont beat SHENMUE. Wait Shenmue 3 and be calm:). good days ,Shenmue fans

Sobering thought. Except to say that of course Shenmue isn't kid's stuff, it's a properly mature adult-oriented piece of fiction. More so than any other game I can think of.

I want shenmue III to be worked on alot... i know shenmue isnt some thrown together final fantasy... or metal gear shit. but they can atleast say something! they dont have to show a trailer or screenshots.. but dont just throw away the best fucking project you will ever see!!!!

im starting to see some fanboyism coming from some members against finalfantasy. Now i havnt played 10 or 10-2, but ive played 7+8+9 indepth and there some fantastic games, totally different from shenmue. The Final fantasy series made rpgs mainstreme in the west as before it was geeks like me playing Phantast Star 4 when we were 8. I know for a fact that i will end up owning a ps2 when they are hella cheap so i can play FF10+10-2.

I dont know - Shenmue 2 was pretty prompt in coming out i think. It is true that a lot of stuff was made for S2 that didnt end up there. I think it will be the same engine etc.

What thoughts do people have on what will happen? What do you HOPE will happen?

There should be more public transport (trains etc). Also it would be cool if Ryo ended up somewhere like Russia or something becuase I'd like to see how they would generate the architechture and landscape that is to different to what we've already seen.
