Eidos wanted Quantic Dream to do an Omikron 2 the following year, but they said "fuck you" to them since they couldn't do it in that amount of time. So they parted ways. And since Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy hit it big, they put Omikron 2 in the backburner for more games like that. :(
